Nov. 20th .....The races
After lunch we headed out to watch the races arriving just in time to see the arrival of the boats and the choppers. Three different classes racing, one behind the other after a warm up lap. Two of the boats were called "Reliable" (which they weren't). Not knowing where the actual course was we didn't have the best vantage point but still managed to get a couple of decent shots.

Heading out to watch the races.

The choppers, besides being safety checks also guide the trailing boats who can't see where they're going due to the rooster tail that's blocking their view

These boats are capable of reaching around 170 mph.
